City of Tamarac Coronavirus Update

Updates

March 2, 2022
On February 25, 2022, CDC updated the COVID-19 guidance and prevention steps based on a community’s latest data. Levels can be low, medium or high and are determined by looking at hospital beds being used, hospital admissions and the total number of new COVID-19 cases in an area.

At this time, Broward County’s level is “medium.” Because City of Tamarac facilities are not in an area identified as high, masks are now optional when visiting City buildings.
