Cubs: We had a fun Hawaiian Luau Day on Friday we played Hot Coconut, our version of hot potato; had a hula hoop contest, tested how low we could go in a game of Limbo, had a hula skirt relay race, played sand bucket toss and tiki bowling. It was so much festive fun!
Tigers: On Monday we played kickball vs the Cougars, heads down thumbs up, and painted birdhouses. Had a discussion about why we won Camp of the Week. On Tuesday, we played steal the bacon in the gym, a question of threes game and a group game. We went on our weekly field trip to the pool, played a balloon bouncing game in the gym, watched a movie and played a pool noodle relay race. Thursday, we freehanded, created our ideal pizza, and asked each other Would You Rather? Our field trip to Gecko Parx was on Friday.
Panthers: Panther Parents we had so much fun at Camp Tamarac this week. We started off the week creating a banner, playing basketball and having a relay race. We painted birdhouses on Tuesday. We went over safety rules before making big splashes at the Aquatic Center on Wednesday. We bounced and jumped for hours at Gecko Parx to end this fantastic week. Our Camper of the Week is Felipe Williams.
Cobras: We started the week off playing flag football against the Panthers. We also had a fun game of Jenga. We painted our birdhouses hopefully a bird will visit. We tested our trivia knowledge with a game of Jeopardy. We jumped on trampolines and were challenged on the rope courses at Gecko Parx.
