[ARCHIVED] TAMARAC’S ROCK N’ RIDE CAR SHOW RETURNS WITH A LIVE BATTLE OF THE BANDS

The City of Tamarac's Parks and Recreation Department Presents Rock N Ride Battle, August 20.

Tamarac, Fla. (August 12, 2022) – The City of Tamarac, in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Foundation of Tamarac (PAROT), invites the community to the return of the Rock N’ Ride car show, now featuring a live battle of the bands, Saturday, Aug. 20, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Tamarac Sports Complex, 9901 NW 77th St.

 

Family, friends and neighbors are invited to enjoy a variety of hot rods, classic and custom cars competing for the best in show title. Guests will also rock out to the first Battle of the Bands competition featuring some of the area’s best local talent: AWALL, In Phases, Manic Frequency, Lost At C, Leon So Flo Players and The Chans.

 

The event will close with a special live performance by the Happy Daze Band. Local food trucks will be onsite offering a variety of tasty mobile eats.
