The City Commission is scheduled to consider the Woodmont Hotel Major Revised Site Plan and Special Exception applications (1-SP-19 / 2-Z-19) at the City Commission meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 7 pm.

To promote social distancing and avoid the risk of additional community spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), meetings of the City Commission although open to physical attendance by members of the public, will be limited consistent with CDC guidelines. Masks are required.

Commenting on Agenda Item(s)1-SP-19 /2-Z-19 (Remotely)
You may submit comments by emailing your comments to CityClerk@tamarac.org. All comments submitted by email, if read orally into the record, are to be three minutes or less. All comments submitted by email shall be made part of the public record.

Uploading a Video About Agenda Item(s) 1-SP-19 /2-Z-19 (Remotely)
In lieu of submitting comments via email, you may record and submit a video for playback during the public comments portion of the City Commission discussion of Item(s) 1-SP-19 / 2-Z-19.

Video Submission Deadline: You must submit the video no later than 12 noon, Monday, December 7, 2020. Submissions received after this deadline will not be played during the meeting but will be included as part of the record. You may submit one video of your comments, up to three minutes long. If your submission is longer than three minutes, only the first three minutes of the video will be played. Submissions must include your full name and address. You may submit your video by emailing it to CityClerk@tamarac.org.

Public Comments:
Any member of the public wishing to comment publicly on any matter, including on items on the agenda, may submit their comments by email to CityClerk@Tamarac.org. All comments submitted by email, that if read orally, are three minutes or less shall be read into the record. All comments submitted by email shall be made part of the public record.

Public comments may also be submitted online, during the meeting, through the City's Facebook page.

Members of the public may also register online at https://www.Tamarac.org/Signup. Individuals who register will be contacted by telephone at the appropriate time during the meeting to offer their public comments.
