[ARCHIVED] Tropical Storm Eta

Weather alert

Broward County is no longer under a tropical storm warning. The City is working as quickly as possible to clear standing water in some of our neighborhoods, but due to the amount of rainfall produced by Eta and the potential for further rain, it may take some time. We encourage residents to keep off the streets as much as possible. If you must travel on roads with standing water, please drive slowly to avoid causing wakes that endanger your neighbors’ homes.

To report concerns about standing water, call Public Services at (954) 597-3750 or after hours call (954) 597-3775.

The County’s COVID-19 testing sites are closed today, November 9, as are Broward County Public Schools, non-essential County services, and the City’s parks, facilities and community shuttle buses.
