2015 Home Rehabilitation Program Open Enrollment is August 17-28, 2015. You may apply on line or download an application.
The 2015 Home Rehabilitation Program will utilize the lottery system. Applications will be accepted between the dates listed above only. Starting August 31, 2015 staff will randomly draw names for applications to be reviewed for eligibility. If your name is drawn you will be required to submit pertinent documents necessary to verify your household income (document list below). You must respond within the given time periods or your application will be denied. This process will continue on until all funds have been expended.
