The City of Tamarac is presently seeking City of Tamarac residents to serve on the Planning Board:
The Planning Board meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room 105 of Tamarac City Hall. The Board is comprised of five (5) members and is responsible for advising and making recommendations to the City Commission regarding land development matters. Persons possessing experience or interest in the following areas shall receive special consideration: Architecture or landscape architecture, environmental science, real estate, urban planning, engineering or neighborhood, condominium or homeowners association activist.
City of Tamarac advisory board and committee members serve without compensation. If you are interested in serving on the Planning Board, please apply by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014. It is anticipated that the Tamarac City Commission will make appointments to the Planning Board at their regular meeting on June 25, 2014.
