Located in the Mainland’s Ten Community off University Drive and NW 61st Street.  Great location close to University Drive, the Turnpike and Sawgrass Expressway. Amenities: community pool and playground. Local schools: Discovery Elementary, Millennium 6 – 12 Collegiate Academy, Piper High School. Open Enrollment:  Monday, May 27, 2019 (8 am) to Friday, June 7, 2019 (4 pm). This Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3) Open House will be by invitation only, and based on income.
