The City makes a strong commitment to continuing education and invests in its employees through its Education Assistance Program. This program is designed to assist eligible City employees in achieving educational goals that are mutually beneficial to the City and the employee.
The City observes and compensates employees for 11 holidays per year.
Personal and/or vacation leave is provided to regular full-time and part-time employees, and accrues based on the employee’s position and years of City service.
