Meetings

In accordance with the Governor's Declaration of Emergency 20-52, and the City of Tamarac's Emergency Ordinance 2020-20, the City continues to host public meetings virtually.  

The Special Magistrate Hearings are held in person, as well as streamed live for the public. If you plan to attend a meeting in-person, please be aware seating is limited in accordance with CDC guidelines, and all attendees are required to wear a mask.

Public Comments

Any member of the publicwishing to comment publicly on the record, on any matter, may register online at https://www.Tamarac.org/meetings. Individuals who register will be contacted by telephone at the appropriate time during the meeting to offer their public comments. Members of the public wishing to provide comments to the members of the City Commission on any matter, including items on the agenda, may submit their comments by email to CityClerk@Tamarac.org. All comments submitted by email shall be made part of the public record.

The City has authority under the City Code to regulate the manner in which public comments are made during any public meetings. Please be advised, the City will not read publicly any emails. If you wish to speak on the record, please register as indicated above.

Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made at this meeting with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
